Gr3 titanium bars are primarily round bars, made of Grade 3 meterial.Our company can provide fixed-length bars with diameters ranging from 6.0 to 114mm and lengths up to 6000mm.We also offer bars of special lengths based on coustomer requirements.(For specific specifications,please refer to the table below)

Gr3 titanium bar offers a unique balance of strength,formability,and corrosion resistance between Gr2 and Gr4.Its intermediate properties make it ideal for applications requiring higher mechanical performance than Gr2 without compromising the inherent benefits of pure titanium.
has higher tensile and yield strength than Gr1 and Gr2(minium tensile strength:450MPA),it also has excellent corrosion reistance to chlorides,acids,and seawater.It weldly used in Chemical processing equipments(e.g.piping valves),Marine environments (e.g.desalination components,ship fittings),Polluted urban/industrial atmospheres.It also has good fabricability,which makes it easily welded and machinable.
Gr3 titanium bar comply with the ASTM B348 standard,processed through hot rolling and supplied in the annealed condition.We have more than 20 sets processing machine which can perform surface turning or grinding, meanwhile,we have more than 10 sets analysis instruments,we can supply the MTC report include Chemicals contents,Tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation,Reduction of Area,Ultrasonic Test,ect.
The monthly production capacity for titanium bars is 500 metric tons.Our company has one set of 550mt,one set of 450mt and one set of 350mt rolling mills, together with 9 electric resistance furnaces,2 annealing furnaces and 2 sets of skew roll straightening machine.We can work out the client order timely.Meanwhile, we offer multiple delivery options ,include sea freight,land-sea combined transport and air freight.
