Gr4 TItanium Bar
Grade 4 titanium bar is , unalloyed titanium with higher oxygen content than Gr1/Gr2/Gr3, combining excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability and machinability.
Gr4 titanium bar is the strongest commercially pure titanium grade with excellent corrosion resistance and moderate formability.It contains slightly higher interstitial elements(osygen,iron)than Gr1-Gr3,providing superior mechanical properties while retaining the benefits of unalloyed titanium.It has the bellow key characteristics:
1,High Strength:highest tensile/yield strength amond pure titanium grades
2,Corrosion Resistance:exceptional resistance to chlorides,acids,and seawater.
3,Formability:acceptable cold formability cold formability
4,Weldability:good weldability

In-house testing center with 10+ advanced instruments (N/O analyzer, tensile testing machine, etc.)
We received an inquiry for products from Egypt. Both parties negotiated terms and signed the sales contract.
After signing the contract, we shared payment instructions. The customer completed payment using our company's short name, leading to rejection by our receiving bank, which requires the full legal name.
We followed up with the local bank multiple times. The bank recommended a new submit with our full company name. The original payment was refunded to the customer. We thank the customer for their patience and trust to finalize this deal.
The customer received products together with complete documentation and quality assurance certificates for aircraft maintenance. The material fully satisfies technical specifications. We all expect long-term cooperation on upcoming projects.

What is the difference between Gr2 and Gr4 titanium bar?
Both are commercially pure titanium, no alloying elements.
- Gr2: Medium strength, most widely used CP titanium, better ductility
- Gr4: Higher oxygen content → much higher tensile & yield strength, lower ductility than Gr2
Choose Gr4 when higher mechanical load is required; choose Gr2 if more bending/forming work needed.
Packing: Wooden case / pallet, anti-rust protection Documents: MTC (Material Test Certificate) with chemical & mechanical test report, dimension inspection sheet, mark traceability.
